Yesterday was Justin's birthday, and he worked all day! So we went to dinner at the Chart House in Dana Point. We always feel like opposite food, especially when we cook at home. However, last night we ordered the same exact thing. Which, NEVER happens. Anyway, we had a nice dinner and came home to eat the Checkerboard cake I made him. The cake took probably 5 hours to make. Seriously, not including cooking time or chilling. And, it turned out dry, which made me sad, but it looked pretty.
